Do not use HorseRouter if your law prohibits it

You must not use HorseRouter if the law that applies to you prohibits it. By using the Service you confirm that you are following the laws that apply to you.

Sanctioned places

Use of HorseRouter is not permitted by, or on behalf of, anyone in or ordinarily resident in a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions. At the effective date this includes:

• Cuba
• Iran
• North Korea
• Syria
• The Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine

Sanctioned people

You must not use the Service if you are on a sanctions list, or if you act for someone who is.

Other places

You must also not use the Service from any place where crypto asset services, or the swaps you want to make, are prohibited by law. Partners may apply their own restrictions on top of ours.
